PRIVATE PARTIES
For booked Hat Bar private parties we offer full refunds of deposit and service fee if canceled within 14 days, 50% refund for 13 to 3 days out.
No refunds for cancelations within 72 hours before the event.
RETURNS
When buying items from 30A Hat Bar:
We want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we know that it does not always work out like that. Our policy last 30 days. After 30 days no refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not worn and in the the same condition that you received it, including tags intact. Please notify the 30a Hat Bar with your reason for refund by direct messaging the store's instagram account @30ahatbar or via email 30ahatbar@gmail.com if sending back items please include the packing slip with your return. Once we receive the return please allow 5-7 business days to process the return. Once processed, your refund will be processed or store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for your returned item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If shipping an item over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us to determine the next steps.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item but a difference size, send us an email at 30ahatbar@gmail.com
SHIPPING Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
30A Hat Bar is no way responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. Once the package has left the warehouse, we are not responsible for the whereabouts of the order. If a problem occurs, will assist you in tracking or other shipment details. However, we will NOT provide a refund of any kind or a form of compensation for packages that have been lost, miss placed, or stolen.
Sale items are final sale.
